Org Manager portal vs Org-Manager agent

Every org gets two distinct pillars:

• Org Manager portal (human admin): the dashboard where owners invite/remove users, assign roles, mint API keys, watch usage, and export billing. See the Org Manager guide for the full control plane.
• Org-Manager agent (default AI supervisor): an autonomous agent deployed per org that audits other agents, enforces guardrails, escalates incidents, manages tool assignments, and collaborates with humans. Responsibilities are detailed in Agents & Memory.

The portal never runs inside the agent hierarchy, and the Org-Manager agent never creates human accounts or API keys. Together they keep identity, billing, and agent governance cleanly separated.

Agents run on the documentation, files, and SOPs you assign to them. Semantic, episodic, and procedural memories keep policy updates, entity records, and workflow context separated but instantly retrievable.
